Jonathan is a Member in the firm and is based in the Washington, DC office. He has more than 25 years’ experience representing US and international clients in government procurement law matters. Jonathan’s experience includes security clearances and classified matters and assisting clients with compliance and licensing under the ITAR and EAR export controls, foreign licensing of government-funded R&D, and compliance involving foreign acquisition and control of US entities performing sensitive and classified work, including FOCI mitigation and CFIUS approvals.
